Shipping Information

From the moment you select your piece to the moment it arrives at your door, we want your Essentially Edith experience to feel seamless and special. Below you will find details about order processing, delivery options, pickup, tracking, and address changes.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after you receive your order confirmation email. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

During collection launches, holidays, or especially busy periods, processing may take a little longer. If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

If you need to request a cancellation or correct a shipping address, email support@essentiallyedith.com as soon as possible. We will gladly assist whenever we can, though changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

Domestic Shipping

Essentially Edith offers the following shipping options within the contiguous United States:

- Standard Shipping: $8 flat rate; estimated delivery in 3–5 business days after shipment  

- Rush Shipping: $24.95; estimated delivery in 1–2 business days after processing  

- Complimentary Standard Shipping: Available on orders of $148 or more  

Delivery estimates begin once the carrier accepts your package, not when the order is placed. Rush shipping shortens carrier transit time but does not eliminate the 1–2-business-day processing period.

Shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations may require separately calculated rates or may not be available at this time.

Pickup hours are Monday–Friday, 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Weekend pickup may be available by request.

Please wait until you receive an email confirming your order is ready before arriving. Bring your order-confirmation email and a photo ID. Pickup orders are held for 7 calendar days unless other arrangements are made.

For pickup orders, the return period begins on the date your order is collected.

Tracking & Delivery Delays

Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing is in the carrier’s care. Weather, holidays, high shipping volume, and transportation interruptions may cause delays. If your package appears delayed or lost, email support@essentiallyedith.com, and we will do our best to help trace its journey.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, nearby neighbors, and the carrier.

Incorrect, Refused, or Undeliverable Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address and for any additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or unclaimed package, except when the error was made by Essentially Edith.

If you notice an error, contact us promptly. We will do our best to assist before your order ships; however, address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is in fulfilment or with the carrier. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and carrier fees required to return an undeliverable package may be deducted from the refund.
